Ordered Navy men's formal shoes.When delivered, the shoes were Black not Navy.I contacted Faddens thinking they made a mistake but they insisted I got Navy shoes.The shoes were no way Navy.I know the difference between the two colours The soles were somewhat Navy but I didn't order Navy soles,I wanted Navy shoes!! . Got no satisfaction from Faddens, they didn't want to know.Very bad customer service and the returns policy means that the postage cost is borne by customer so not worth sending them back. I will never deal with Faddens again.Very disappointing..

I bought a mid range dark navy shoes 6th sense, happy with the purchase and would be happy to recommend Faddens to others.
