Returns information for online orders only.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for online orders, including click-and-collect. If you need a different size or item, you will need to return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. 

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer a refund if the item is unsuitable within the cancellation period of 14 days from the day in which you received your goods. This timeframe is final and cannot be extended. We offer the right to cancel and refund your order when sent back or returned in person in-store without undue delay and not later than 14 days from when you informed us of the decision to return.

The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all original tags securely attached as sold and in original packaging, with the packing slip as proof of purchase. If required our delivery bags are designed to be reused for your convenience. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

If returned items do not meet our policy conditions, the return will be rejected and no refund issued. The items will be held, and the customer notified by email. Customers must pay for return shipping via a secure link within 14 days of notification. Once payment is received, the items will be sent back. If payment is not received within 14 days, we may dispose of or otherwise handle the items at our discretion.

The item will be refunded on the price that was paid, please bear that in mind if the item was on sale and that a replacement item may no longer be available at the sale price.

If you return part of a promotional deal (eg. “Buy One, Get One for €1” or bundle offers), the promotion will be voided. Your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the item(s) you’re keeping, and the difference refunded accordingly.

Returning Suspected Faulty Items
Items suspected to be faulty must be returned to us for inspection. Please include your order number and a short description of the fault. Following assessment, we will contact you with the next steps.

How to Return Your Order

Customers can return items by post using DPD, your local Post Office, or return them in person in-store.

Customers must cover the cost of returning goods via post themselves or return in person in-store.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on underwear products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are misdescribed or faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.

Following an inspection of the returned goods and after your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding the original postage charge.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5-7 working days from receipt of the refund notification email; however, some banks may take longer to process refunds. If you have not received funds into your account after 10 working days you should contact info@faddens.ie.
